Who we are
ai for good_ is a community by The Sustainability Club, Amsterdam (KvK 73007927). The Sustainability Club is responsible for the data on this page. Questions go to hello@thesustainabilityclub.com.
What we collect
- Join form: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile if you add it, and your three answers.
- Event sign-up: seats are booked through Luma, which collects what you enter there. Luma's own privacy policy applies to that.
- Visiting the site: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
To read your introduction, send you the WhatsApp link, tell you about new editions and shape the evenings around what members work on. We use it on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Nynke Eggen, who runs the community. The form is sent by email through Cloudflare to our mailbox at Mijndomein. A copy is forwarded to an Outlook mailbox (Microsoft), also read only by Nynke. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We delete the emails with your answers within 30 days, once we have read your introduction and replied.
The WhatsApp group
In the group, members can see each other's name and phone number. WhatsApp's own terms apply there. You can leave the group at any time.
Photos at the evenings
We sometimes take photos at an edition and may use them on this site and on LinkedIn. Tell us on the night if you'd rather not be in them, or write to us later and we'll take a photo down.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@thesustainabilityclub.com. We reply within a month. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
